Organized by Terrapinn, this year’s exhibition brought together more than 200 companies from the railway and rail transit sectors and attracted over 5,500 industry leaders, policymakers, and representatives from regulatory agencies. Several Chinese companies, including CRRC, Huawei, and China Railway Industry, made appearances to showcase products and technologies such as high-speed trains, urban rail transit equipment, and new-energy rail vehicles.

In his opening remarks, Thai Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport Phiphat stated that Thailand places great importance on the development of its railway network and is fully committed to modernizing and upgrading the railway system to make it smarter, with a focus on building a convenient, efficient, safe, and cost-effective integrated passenger and freight transportation system. Thailand is actively promoting cross-border rail links connecting Malaysia, Laos, and China, and is advancing the large-scale “Land Bridge” project, which aims to establish Thailand as a regional trade and logistics hub.
