• GPZ range of pot bearings is a supporting bearing product that meets the standard JT/T391-2019 Pot Bearings for Highway Bridges. It has the characteristics of large load-bearing capacity, large horizontal displacement, and flexible rotation. Compared with other similar models of basin type bearings and cast steel roller shaft bearings, it has the advantages of light weight, compact structure, simple structure, low building height, convenient processing and manufacturing, steel saving, and cost reduction. It is an ideal bearing suitable for use in large-span bridges. The current bearing capacity of this series of bearings is 33 levels, with a bearing capacity of 1.0MN~80.0MN, which can meet the needs of large-scale bridge construction.

Application

Long-span and extra-long-span bridges: This is its "ace" field. Pot rubber bearings can easily cope with the huge reaction force demands of extra-large railway and highway bridges. For example, the bearing design reaction force of the Second Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge has reached an astonishing 65,000kN. Its bearing capacity level can range from 0.8MN to 60MN, meeting the needs of various large bridges.

Railway and highway bridges: This is a traditional and heavily utilized market. It not only effectively carries the loads brought by trains and cars, but also exhibits excellent vibration isolation and damping effects, and can adapt to shear deformation caused by braking.

Urban roads and municipal bridges: They are widely used in municipal projects such as urban overpasses and interchanges. Their compact structure and low building height give them a significant advantage in urban environments

3. Horizontal bearing capacity of support design

The horizontal bearing capacity of GPZ (2019) fixed type bearings, longitudinal movable bearings, and transverse movable bearings can be divided into two levels, which are 10% or 15% of the vertical bearing capacity.

The horizontal bearing capacity of GPZ (2019) JZ type fixed bearings, longitudinal movable bearings, and transverse movable bearings is 20% of the vertical bearing capacity.

The main sliding direction of unidirectional active bearings and the displacement along the bridge direction of bidirectional active bearings can be divided into ± 50mm, ± 100mm, ± 150mm, ± 200mm, ± 250mm,

6. Applicable temperature range of the support

Normal temperature support: -25℃~60℃; Cold resistant support: -40℃~60℃.
