Application 

JPZ range of pot bearings are primarily designed for infrastructure construction, including highways, municipal roads, and rail transit bridges.

JPZ(I) type (general type): applicable to general areas with a seismic peak ground acceleration of 0.05g.

JPZ(II) type (seismic-resistant type): suitable for areas with a seismic peak ground acceleration of 0.10g.

JPZ(III) type (seismic-resistant type): suitable for areas with high seismic demand, where the seismic peak ground acceleration is 0.15g .

Parameters

1. Support specification series

The specification series of supports can be divided into 33 categories based on their vertical bearing capacity:0.4MN~ 60.0MN

2. Horizontal bearing capacity of support design

The horizontal bearing capacity of fixed bearings in all directions and unidirectional active bearings in the limit direction is the vertical bearing capacity:

JPZ-I (regular type) type 10%;

JPZ-II (seismic type) type: 15%;

JPZ-III (seismic type): 22.5%.

The main sliding direction of unidirectional active bearings and the horizontal bearing capacity of bidirectional active bearings are frictional forces.

3. Support design angle: 0.02rad.

4. Design displacement of support:

The displacement in the transverse bridge direction when the main sliding direction of the unidirectional active bearing is horizontally placed, and the displacement in the transverse bridge direction of the bidirectional active bearing is 50mm.

The main sliding direction of unidirectional active bearings and the displacement along the bridge direction of bidirectional active bearings are ± 50mm, ± 100mm, ± 150mm, ± 200mm, ± 250mm.

5. Applicable range of support temperature:

Normal temperature type: -25℃ ~ +60℃; Cold resistant type is -40℃ ~ +60℃.

6. Friction coefficient of support design

Normal temperature type: ≤0.03; Cold resistant type: ≤0.05.
